The much awaited and much hyped Vikram starrer 'Bheema' which was a pongal release in Tamilnadu has bombed at the box office. According to sources, the film lacked the punch to keep the audience in grip and though Vikram has tried his best, his magic did not work.
The film is directed by Lingusamy who is likely to make a film with 'Prince' Mahesh Babu in Tollywood. Now, it remains to be seen who would come forward to take the Telugu version of 'Bheema' which has already been bought by the SPR Entertainments from the producer AM Rathnam.
Vikram will now have to rethink his strategy and rectify any shortcomings in his other film 'Kandasamy' which is arriving here as 'Mallanna'. |
